Students from the Department of Hotel Management donned their ‘Chef Caps’ to exhibit their culinary skills in ‘Cooking Competition’ that was held by the Telangana Chef’s association which was called the Great Indian Culinary Challenge

The Regents Participated in various categories like Fruit/ Veg Carving, Bread Art,Dessert Plating. We also had Professional Category where the Chefs participated in various Competitions i.e., Bread Art Appetizer Plating etc… Participants were expected to use their acumen for cooking along with a sense of creativity to prepare the dishes.

Food items displayed were a visual treat and were presented in an artistic and aesthetic style. Dishes were judged on the basis of creativity, hygiene, taste, texture and appearance by esteemed judges They interacted with the budding chefs to find out the ingredients of the recipes, nutritional value and historical significance of the dishes prepared by them.

Regency College winning the Overall Competition won 1 Bronze 2 silver and 4 Gold medals for students Category, and 1 Goldf and 2 Silver medals for Professional Category. It was a Pride for Regency
