A little progress everyday adds a big success: Perseveres Budding Chefs of Regency

ONCE a CHAMPION ALWAYS a CHAMPION- the Budding 1st Year Culinary Students were the winning contestants from Regency College of Culinary Arts & HM @ the ALL INDIA LEVEL prestigious CHEF CHAMP A INTER COLLEGE COMPETITION conducted by APCA with a motto to recognize the Culinary & Pastry skills of students from various Culinary Arts colleges across India.

Students competed in AMUSE-BOUCHE APPETIZER, DESERT, MAIN COURSE & PLATED PREPARATION & PRESENTATION. Contestants from 15 BEST Institutes of Hotel Management colleges across the nation participated in this competition.

A team of 10 students FIRST YEAR Hotel Mgt & Culinary Arts, accompanied by 2 faculty members came forward to display their exceptional Pastry skills and to achieve excellence in culinary art, Food Preparation and Presentation.

Regency College students bagged 1st position WINNING Gold Medals & the Overall Trophy in all amongst the participating colleges. Students of Regency were applauded by the Judges at the competition.

  1. Mr.Ahmed & Ms. Sherlin David (First Year students of BCTCA)- Gold Medal Winners and also an OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP

Principal Mr. Ramesh Kumar Reddy exemplifies that the college provides Holistic approach to hone the young hospitality professionals by encouraging and giving them opportunities to showcase their skills learnt during the course by participating in competitions across the country.
