Regency College  of Hotel Management organized an ingredient display for the Regents of 1st year . The  students were divided into many groups with different ingredient categories like meat, spices, milk products, cereals, pulses, vegetables etc. There were many Executive Chefs  from many well – known Hotels and Groups like Fortune Marriott, Sarovar Park Groups.

The ingredients display gave every student a basic knowledge about classification of ingredients and types of ingredients are there. The ingredient display was organized with a main moto of exploring  prices, features , uses and   familiarizing the ingredients to the students.

                                                    This event was a great success which had a lot of effort and hardwork by the whole kitchen team and the Regents of  1st  year .
