After two weeks of tireless preparation, 5th Semester BHMCT students of Regency hosted “Déjeuner Royal – A French-themed luncheon” under the mentorship of Chef Rohith Rajole.
The grand eight-course menu, Parisian-style desserts, and refined butler service beautifully recreated the charm of French fine dining. The occasion was graced by French dignitaries Ms. Maud Miquau (Directrice, Alliance Française, Hyderabad) and Ms. Rohini Reddipalli (Bureau de France), along with eminent chefs; Chef Naveen Nagaraj, Chef Debraj Bhaumik, and Chef Rizwan Khader. Guests were truly mesmerized by the ambiance and flawless execution of the event by the 5th-semester BHMCT students.”.
