The 1st year students of Regency College of Hotel Management accompanied by a few teachers headed towards the heart of the city the “City of Pearls”…Hyderabad to mark the world Tourism Day. A destination waiting to be explored discovered and enjoyed. The level of excitement could be easily seen on the cheerful faces of all the Regents. The students started with a visit to the Charminar which is listed as an archaeological and architectural treasure on the official “List of Monuments” prepared by the Archaeological Survey of India. They also visited many places like Chowmahalla Palace, Salarjung Museum where students explored the place and satisfied their hunger pangs with scrumptious Lunch arranged by the regency Chef’s of the college In the evening, they set off for Golconda Fort. This fort, built during the Qutb Shahi dynasty, is a perfect example of mathematical and architectural brilliance.
