The winning contestants are from Regency College of Culinary Arts & HM Khairtabad, Hyderabad Telangana is a very young formed state which has gained its prominence in various fields of development among other states of India. It’s one of  the most promising state to its people and students pursuing professional courses like Hotel Management. the Government and the Department of Tourism of the State and country to encourage students  from our college regency which was  established in 1994(28Yrs) affiliated to Osmania University continued its winning streak @ the ALL INDIA LEVEL prestigious INCREDIBLE CHEF COMPETITION’2022 with a motto to develop CULINARY professions WESTERN INDIA CULINARY ASSOCIATION conducted and organized by WORLD HOSPITALITY – Mumbai.

350 Students AND Faculty Chefs total competed in STUDENT & PROFESSIONAL category from 15 BEST Hotel Management colleges across the nation participated in this competition and only two colleges from Telangana and REGENCY STOOD – First Position in the ENTIRE CONTESTS.

The Management of Regency college extends its gratitude to the Vice Chancellor and Board of Studies of Osmania University for continuously support the college and helping the students to be recognized Hotel Mgt graduated across the world. A team of 10 students accompanied by 2 faculty members travelled to Mumbai and display their exceptional Culinary skills. The venue was abuzz with excitement and competitive spirit. Regency College students bagged 4 gold medals OUT OF 5 COMPETITIONS,1 Silver and One Bronze medal and stood in 1st position WINNING 6 medals in all amongst the participated colleges  and Regency students clean swept all the prizes in all the competition in the country and also state Telangana  all the products displayed by the students of Regency were applauded by the Judges at the competition.

  3. Ms Manichandana – Gold Medal for Mystery Basket Live Cooking Championship
  4. Mr Praveen – Bronze Medal for Mystery Basket Live Cooking Championship

Winners of the Championship in Professional Category(faculty of Regency)

  1. Chef Benjamin Steve- Gold Medal in Live Cooking ( Continental Menu)
  2. Chef Ajith Sahaya – Silver Medal for Best Desert Plating.

The products displayed by the students of Regency steeled the entire show the judges were over whelmed with the student’s talent parade. Regency is one the best college which always is in the forefront winning many NATIONAL LEVEL COMPTETIONS IN THE PAST 28 YEARS. The alumni passing out from this college are holding topnotch positions as General Managers, Executive Chefs, HOD’s with best International Brands of Hotels.

Principal Mr. Ramesh Kumar Reddy exemplifies that the college provides Holistic approach to hone the young hospitality professionals by encouraging and giving them opportunities to showcase their skills learnt during the course. Even with the impact of Covid 2020 and 2021 35 students passed out got placed in brands like JW Marriott Dubai, Radisson Hotel Abu Dhabi, Marsa Malaz Kampensiki Hotel Doha, Sheraton Maldives & 5 star properties in Mauritius 50 students go selected for cruise lines Costa(Italy) and P&O Europe. Even the placements by Hotel Chains in India was also consistently very good in terms selecting students from Regency. Hence there is huge demand Hotel Management and Culinary Arts Courses.
