Numaish 2023 Culinary Competition – Regency College Students Excel
Students of Regency College of Hotel & Catering Technology (RCHMCT), Hyderabad, took part in the 82nd The All India Industrial Exhibition (Numaish 2023) on 11th February 2023. The event was held at the Nampally Exhibition Grounds.
Both 1st and 3rd year BHMCT students joined the culinary competition. As a result, they gained valuable exposure to real industry standards. Moreover, such events help students improve their cooking skills, creativity, and confidence.
Building Skills Through Competition
Competitions like Numaish play an important role in student growth. First, they help students sharpen their practical culinary skills. In addition, they encourage creative thinking and innovation. Most importantly, they prepare students for professional careers in hospitality.
At RCHMCT, students receive strong support from expert faculty. Therefore, they are able to perform well in competitions. The Chef’s Brigade, led by Chef Cyril, trained the students with great care and focus.
Expert Guidance and Training
Furthermore, Chef Nikhil guided the 1st-year BHMCT students. He encouraged them to think creatively and use modern cooking techniques. As a result, students were able to present innovative dishes with confidence.
Strong Participation and Performance
A total of 40 students from 6 top hotel management colleges participated in the event. Among them, Regency students performed exceptionally well. In fact, the 1st semester students showcased great talent and discipline.
Overall, the event was a great learning experience. It also showed that RCHMCT focuses on practical training and industry exposure. Hence, it continues to be one of the top hotel management colleges in Hyderabad.
