PAN ASIAN Best FOOD FESTIVAL for Hotel Management Students

PAN ASIAN FOOD FESTIVAL On 3rd March, final year students of Regency organised a food festival as a part of their culinary journey by displaying the 56 scrumptious & authentic dishes of Far East Asian countries- Japan, Mongolia and South Korea. The students, under the guidance of the culinary brigade Chef Cyril, executed culinary arts and were appreciated by the team regency. The 5th sem students learned –culture & tradition of the oriental countries, planning, teamwork, coordination, time management and execution. These kinds of displays make the students exhibit their skills and make the best out of themselves.
