3 Years Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management course
The Bachelors Degree of Hotel Management combines core subjects and ancillary subjects covering the major functions of hotel management, to enhance professional and managerial skills.
The four core courses like F&B service, Food Production, Accommodation Operations and Front office cover the broad spectrum of management and enable specialisation in the area of interest to be studied in depth.
3 Years Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts course
Bachelor’s Degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts is a 3 years course offerd by Osmania University, students who are passionate to be a CHEF and pass 10+2 in any stream are eligible to takeup this course. Culinary arts simply means the art and science of procuring, processing , cooking, presenting and serving food and a Chef is the true artisan who knows how to stimulate all the senses. It is not only to cook and serve food but a trained Chef has to understand the aesthetics and nuances behind plating the right elements, required for complete sensory evaluation.
18 Month Culinary Basic Craft Course Curriculum (NO ENTRANCE REQ)
18 Months Culinary Basics Craft Course is essentially a skilled and a creative work of practical nature. The student chef will develop professional competence in culinary skills necessary for commercial Food Production Operation
Students who have passed their matriculation are eligible to join this course. The duration is 18 months, where 12 months the student chef learn cookery and kitchen organisation.
The diploma program equips students in the basic area of specialisation and provides hands-on training to students in college kitchens and laboratories.
To apply for your desired programme, you’ll complete a simple, seven step process. You’ll be asked to fill in your personal details and be asked to provide either your Aadhar Card or Passport copy as proof of ID. The application steps are:

For students to take up the Culinary Arts & Hotel Management Course at Regency, He/She must qualify at the REGENCY -NET, get admission and Scholarship(Fee Concession). Your designated Regency admissions team member will keep you updated on the status of your application.
The Results will be announced on the college website, WhatsApp, and the registered email ID, along with the admission offer letter, all fee particulars, and the required documents.
Based on the offer letter, the candidate needs to pay the prescribed fee by logging in to the student’s portal(login details available in the offer letter) to confirm the Seat.
