18 Months Culinary Basics Craft Course

The 18 Months Culinary Basics Craft Course is designed to provide aspiring chefs with strong foundational skills in cookery, bakery, food safety, and kitchen organization. This program blends classroom learning with extensive hands-on training in our college kitchens, bakeries, and laboratories—equipping students with the professional competence required for a successful culinary career.
Eligibility
Students who have completed Matriculation (10th Pass) are eligible to apply.
Duration
18 Months
12 Months of intensive training in cookery, bakery, food safety, and communication.
6 Months Industrial Training in leading 5-star hotels for real-world exposure.

Food Production
It deals with kitchen management, methods of cooking, the importance of nutrition, along with Indian Gastronomy. Trainee chefs also taught Food costing, soups and stocks, salads, and continental dishes. Menu planning concerning nutrition.
Professional Bakery
The student will develop professional competence in baking skills and understand the working of a bakery in a 5 Star Hotel. The raw materials and other ingredients used in the bakery, bread making, chocolates and types, Cake mixing, methods and types.
Food Safty & Hygeine
It is an essential quality for a chef. This subject will help the student to develop an attitude for correct habits of personal and environmental hygiene for safe handling, and also understand the nutritional value of foods. HACCP Policy Process and its principles
