Regency College of Culinary Arts & Hotel Management, one of the leading institutions for Hospitality Education and Culinary Arts in South India, proudly hosted — for the first time in the history of Hyderabad — the prestigious Bordeaux Cookery Masterclass & International French Culinary Exchange Programme.
This landmark initiative marked a distinguished collaboration between India and France in the field of culinary education, strengthening global academic and cultural ties.
The programme was organized in collaboration with Bordeaux Métropole, Government of Telangana, and Lycée de Gascogne, France. Together, they conducted three intensive masterclasses focusing on:
French Classical Cookery
French Classical Beverages
The French Art of Dining
These sessions offered Regency students a rare and invaluable opportunity to learn directly from distinguished French Master Chefs.
