From The Heart of a Alumni

There were    periods in my life   like ‘what next ‘, used to reverberate in my mind. After completing my10+2, with lot of queries and speculations in my mind I was fascinated to pursue Hotel Mgt and landed up enquiring by the premises of Regency College of Hotel Management and Catering technology. Few days later I went to RCHMCT to meet ‘The placements and induction person’ at the RCHMCT to get full details for admissions.  

I went through the brochure   and decided to join the college in 2012. My study period was a thrilling time in my life. When I passed out of RCHMCT in 2014 and after completing my internship in Four Seasons Vizag by 2015, I feel I am a complete ‘HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENTNT PROFESSIONAL ‘I am indebted to RCHMCT.  Now I am in Canada, 30.12.2016. Presently, I am working as a chef for a Michelin Star Restaurant. 

The RCHMCT taught me Holistic Hospitality that includes Social, Cultural, Global Economics, Global Tourism, Global Demographics, Values, Aesthetics, Etiquettes, Personality Development, Presentation, Services, Speaking and Body language, Attire, Affinity, Attitude, Mannerisms, and Behavior.

 Regency College of Hotel Management, is one of the best Hotel Management Colleges in Hyderabad, has fully equipped Labs and perfect faculty to impart knowledge in Revenue Management, Accommodation Management, Training & Development, Recruitments, Security, Vendor, Inventory & Procurement and Waste Management, Ambience Management, Environment Management and Guest Protocol Management etc… I learnt all these things during my tenure in RCHMCT.

The RCHMCT being a Co-Education college all the students and staff moved like one family and the paradigm of RCHMCT is ‘A HOME AWAY FROM HOME’. This motivates every student to participate in all the competitive events organized both at State and National Level. Thus RCHMCT taught me togetherness and include culture.

The RCHMCT made me a holistic in Hotel Management with Kitchen Philosophy. I learnt all the traits to prepare multicultural culinary arts. Altogether, I am a complete Professional. I look different. Thanks to RCHMCT for carving me thus.
