Regency College of Hotel Management organized ‘Snacks and Beverage Display Competition’ for the Regents of FPCC. The students were divided into 4 groups, with each group consisting of 10-12 members. The Director of ‘Idli Street’ Mr.Satesh and Mr.Vinod Executive pastry chef were invited as judge.

Each group was assigned with different items like Biscuits, Snacks, Beverage and Sweets. Before the event, the students were sent for market survey as the main motto for the competition was to build teamwork and awareness about the market influences & hotel industry.

The event was a great success because of the efforts and hard work of whole kitchen team and each student of craft course
