Okra meaning “strength” in Swedish is a multi-cuisine restaurant in jubilee hills also having its branches in Surat known for its sumptuous buffets for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Okra being an establishing chain of restaurant has a range of specialty which includes nutrient hygienic food, and desserts using “stavier plant” replacing the use of sugar. The restaurant has wide range of specialty menu featuring keto diet , low fat & many other customizable diets.
Chef Anjani Rahul is a multi-cuisine chef presently working as an executive chef in Okra Restaurant , having 8 yrs of experience in the industry. Starting his carrier he worked in cruise line Disney , first as Commi-1 & later as C.D.P. He pursued his hotel management education from CAI institution .
He having vast managerial experience & proficient in all aspects of food preparation has been here for brain storming the budding hoteliers on things like carrier plans, discipline, decision making, & a Q & A session. Thus , wishing them good luck for their future endeavors.
