A Guest Lecture by Chef Anjani Rahul is on  Okra meaning “strength”  in Swedish is a multi-cuisine restaurant in Jubilee Hills that also has branches in Surat known for its sumptuous buffets for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Okra being an established chain of restaurants has a range of specialties which includes nutrient hygienic food, and desserts using “stavier plant” replacing the use of sugar. The restaurant has a wide range of specialty menus featuring keto diet, low fat & many other customizable diets.

Chef Anjani Rahul is a multi-cuisine chef presently working as an executive chef in Okra Restaurant, having 8 yrs of experience in the industry. Starting his career he worked in cruise line Disney, first as Commi-1 & later as C.D.P. He pursued his hotel management education.

He has vast managerial experience & proficient in all aspects of food preparation has been here to brainstorm budding hoteliers on things like carrier plans, discipline, decision-making, & a Q&A session. Thus, I wish them good luck in their future endeavors.
