On 24 th and 25 th , March 2023 budding regents of 2 nd semester BCT&CA took privilege to showcase delicacies of North and South Indian Breakfast. The aesthetic set up with fresh banana leaves, garlands of mango leaves, marigold flowers, elegant hanging mini bamboo baskets and lights gave a rustic view to the display. Regents wore ethnic attire grabbed the eyes of team faculty. Teams have developed managerial skills, liaise with team members, interpersonal skills and time management under the facilitation of chefs’ team. Students prepared around 30 different recipes from each south and north regional food. The food fest began with welcome drinks and refreshments like “Mock tails and Panakam”.
