5 th Sem budding hoteliers have organized a Miniature display from 6 th of February to 8 th of February 2023.   The aim of the event was to enhance menu designing, standard operating procedures, realistic and naturalistic Food & Beverage outlets’ of 5 star hotels like ITC kohenur, Hyderabad, Novotel HICC, Westin, Park Hyatt, and many more headed under the supervision of Food and Beverage faculty Mr. Chinmoy.  Budding hoteliers learnt Segregation, allocation, Interior & utilization spacing, planning, coordination with prompt Guest amenities of F&B Outlet.
