CULINARY TASSLE @ IHM, HYDERABAD 29th March’2022 final budding hoteliers of BHMCT course have been to IHM Vidhyanagar to participate in culinary competition conducted by the Everest Company. The campus of IHM was filled with aroma and competitive spirit. Regents took part at their campus making 15 dishes in Pahadi cuisine about 2 hours. The theme set up which it indicated the pahads in Uttarakhand were quite innovative and relevant to the present day issues. The team was named as “KUITILAL”. Deepanshu Lakhera, mesmerized the judges with his creative making and got awarded for the second runner up and received gift hampers.
