A PURSUIT OF A BUDDING CULINARIAN BCT&CA students are passionate to learn the art and lifestyle that is: cooking. The students of BCT&CA held “Eat a Healthy Breakfast “set-up at the Radiance restaurant on 9th February 22. This was a lively Breakfast display consisting of breakfast dishes from the Northern and Southern parts of India. 30 Varieties of breakfast items and 20 varieties of chutneys served hot. An absolute gastronomical delight spread throughout the restaurant. The students were appreciated quite a lot by the principal, Chefs and faculty for their impressive execution considering it was their very first live counter event. Needless to say, it was quite an exciting experience and a beginning to their journey in the culinary world.
