INDIAN STREET FOOD DISPLAY The Culinary brigade headed by Chef Cyril and other faculties organized a display of finger bites of Indian States on 19th February’ 2022. 2nd year students brought all states of India together by collocating a Finger food theme based setup “ASLI India” which included famous and historic finger bites of different states. There were a total of 16 states setups. Every state setup was as unique as per their tradition and culture because in India for every 50 to 100 kilometers the language, living and cuisines style varies. It was so colourful and tremendous when we compare the states with each other like in North Kashmir, Lucknow, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat setups it was filled with many colors and Southern states like Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu the greenery was eye catchy. The setups were fabulous. These types of setups make the students understand about planning, budgeting and all parameters and also teach them the importance of displayingS India street food setup. Students enjoyed this informative cum practical exposure. Under the guidance of Chef Cyril, Mr. Daniel diwakar , Ms.Padma Priya and all the other faculties, students got to learn many things. Eventually, 2nd year students were appreciated and also received suggestions from Regency principal Mr. P. Ramesh Kumar Reddy and the special invitees Arun from ibis and Ramesh Yadav from abode.
