The third year students of the Regency College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Hyderabad displayed their culinary and
presentation skills with focus on French menu.
Six culinary experts
A team of six culinary experts and faculty chefs, along with the entire final year students, chalked out a plan to present a buffet
with French menu. The entire food display catered to the French cuisine infused with haute and fusion dishes cooked in the contemporary style.
The lavish spread had about 100 varieties, including salads, galantines, forcemeat and deserts.
The buffet presentation was a wonderful assortment of thematic pieces and every minute detail was taken care of to maintain symmetry of
plate sizes. The invitees for the event were Assistant General Manager Ajit Fernandez and Chef de cuisine Jayanto Ghosh from Hyatt Place Hotel.
They appreciated the way students presented food.
