Kerala Food Festival by Hotel Management students

One of Kerala’s popular attractions is its delicious Kerala cuisine. The second year students prepared a variety of dishes a sumptuous, mouthwatering delicacy, from the cuisine as part practical examination, Kerala Food Festival by Hotel Management students of Regency College of Hotel Management, this cuisine included ingredients like  chilies, curry leaf, mustard seed, tamarind and asafetida. Vegetables such as beans, cabbage, Beetroot, Carrot, Onion, Potato and yam and Fish.

The refreshing juice of the tender coconut was a delightful drink for all the guests; a setup of the Kerala Backwaters was created by students which was the center of attraction.
