ONCE A WINNER ALWAYS A WINNER Regency College take the pride of the ALL INDIA LEVEL prestigious SICA (SOUTH INDIAN CHEFS ASSOCIATION) competition conducted by WORLD OF HOSPITALITY in association with WACS and IFCA with a motto to recognize the Culinary & Pastry skills of students and professionals from various Culinary Arts colleges PAN India to achieve excellence in Culinary Art, Pastry Art, Food Preparation and Presentation at Tripura Vyasani White Petal Palace grounds, Bengaluru. Out of 150 professional category Contestants and 300 Student category contestants from South India, REGENCY won 9 medals in the Student and Professional category.
