Hyderabadi food fest conducted at Radiance restaurant named 'DAWAT-E-REGENCY' on 13.09.21. Craft course students hosted the fest and were privileged to welcome Chef Ramesh Ganesh (Head Chef Forge), Chef Kiran (Executive Chef Lemontree hotels), Chef Sateesh Kumar (Culinary Consultant JFC foods), Chef Fayaz and Chef Sudheer (Pastry Chef Novotel). The grandeur of the fest highlighted by honoring “Pearl garlanding” and applying “ Ittar” on the palm of the guest Chefs by Craft Course students of Regency. The students who welcomed guests: Amira,Manika,Yamini and Kshamitha were in Gharana attire The students who offered service at radiance restaurant: Harishankar, Gudiya Harikrishna Sahu, Shaaz and Bilal were in Sherwani. The graceful attire of the students added amazing beauty to the event. The exuberance of the students was limitless in the preparation and presentation of Nizam Indian cuisine. 'Dawat-E-Regency' ambience captured external Chef's sight. Whoever stepped in to the fest was thrilled to relish the flavors of Dawat. Restaurant was decorated with huge varieties of antique brass cooking utensils all around the banquet hall. Chandeliers and rice lights added brightness to hall. Marquee and carpets hung on the four sides of the hall were fabulous. Food was arranged on Diwan dining and decorated with gold satin table cloth spread all over diwan and red satin runner with green cloth napkin folded in stone bangles on a plate and an oval cushions placed side by side to recline are organized. The treasure of Hyderabadi recipes and the special menu were done by regency students under the mentorship of Chef Cyril.
