Festivities bring lot liveliness, celebrations bring Joy and Cheer!!The 2nd Year Budding Chef Regents planned and executed this entire Hyderabadi Food Fiesta learning about Indian Regional Cuisine, the students are exposed to Culture, food habits and preparation of delicacies of a region. The Food Culture of Hyderabad is much diversified and comes from the Nawabs of Nizam dynasty.
The Nizam were the nobles and were great patrons of literature, art, architecture and culture & rich food.The Students created a rich Hyderabadi Nizam Ambience at Regency Radiance Restaurant, the entire place was decked up beautifully, decorated with shiny
stars and Moon as Ramadan is considered to be a Holy month which brings Spirituality, Happiness, and Celebrations of Togetherness. The students made an exquisite food presentation which enhances a dish as its taste and flavor. The way the food looks on the plate is what tempts our eyes and makes us, want to taste it. The Culinary Brigade at Regency instills intricate techniques of regional cooking styles. The student
chefs of Regency prepared authentic dishes such as Irani Haleem, Sufiyani Mutton Birayani, and Chicken Dum Biryani etc. The service style was the authentic Chowki Setup depicting the Nawabi Culture and the food was served by the students in a very royal style. The students arranged a live Kavali Singing. An Iftar was given to the management members, guests and students..
Regency motivates and encourages such kind of events, which is a total culmination of the Culinary Skills that they can learn in the college. Such types of Traditional
festivals are organized by the students to develop and inculcate the concept of Unity in Diversity. The Elite guests for IFTAR were all the Management Members of
Nizam Group of Instituion & Hotel Guests, Ms Anusha -H.R Manager Taj Banjara ,Ms Debapriya- training manager Taj Banjara , Chef Veer Singh and Mr Anoop Banik- Hyatt place. The guest appreciated the students’ efforts of this successful HYDERABAD-IFTAR. They really relished the deserts Qubani Ka Meetha. Ande Ka Meetha,Sheer Khurma. The Meal was ended with freshly made “Meeta Pan”

entire student’s community and gives a platform to exhibit their skills honed at BrandRegency, and also there are excellent career and placement opportunities for students aspiring to be Hotel Management Graduates. The track record of placements has been consistently very good for the Regents getting graduated every year.
