Regency College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology came up with the innovative theme to encourage budding hospitality aspirants Regency College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology came up with an innovative theme of presenting classical Scandinavian cuisine, to encourage and create opportunity for the budding hospitality aspirants of 3rd year to try a different cuisine that is unheard of in the city.The expert faculty, chef Venu Gopal and chef Karunaker and others, worked relentlessly along with the student chefs. The display included an array of salads, soups, patés, canapé’s, sandwiches’, hor d’oeuvres, patés, galantine and ballontine. There were about 200 products on display. Students’ creativity and initiative was appreciated by the industry professionals and management.The buffet was meant to commemorate the Women’s Day and dedicated to women from hotel and medical fields.Ms. Praveena Sake, training manager, Taj Krishna, Ms. Prachi, training manager, Westin, Ms. Sonia, training manager, Park Hyatt& Chefs, from these brands graced the occasion. Dr. Sirisha and Dr. Vasantha, civil surgeons from ESI Hospital were also present, said Principal Mr. Ramesh Kumar Reddy.
